Bilan personnel de la soiréé disco:
Grâce à cette action professionnelle j’ai enrichi mon expérience auprès de jeunes et j’ai pris confiance en moi au niveau de la prise de paroles en public. J’ai pu enrichir mes connaissances dans le domaine et j’ai pu prendre des responsabilités. J’ai pu en apprendre d’avantage sur l’organisation d’événement.
J'ai occupé plusieurs postes comme le poste de surveillance, et le maquillage des jeunes, ça a suscité ma curiosité. Il y avait une bonne ambiance.
Le travail d'équipe est très important pour le bon déroulement du projet. Une bonne ambiance règne dans l'entreprise et tout le personnel a été très coopératif et attentif à mes questions.
Pour moi il aurait fallut revoir la signalétique pour mieux indiquer l’endroit de la soirée disco, les jeunes n’ont pas forcément fait attention aux panneaux, car il y en avait peu.
Cette expérience fut pour moi enrichissante et complète. J’ai apprécié réalisé ce projet professionnelle, ce fut une bonne expérience pour moi, il y a eu de bons retours.

Thanks to this professional action I have enriched my experience with young people and I have taken my confidence in public speaking. I could enrich my knowledge in the field and I could take responsibilities. I was able to learn more about the event organization. I held several positions like the surveillance station, and the makeup of the young people, that aroused my curiosity. There was a good atmosphere. Teamwork is very important for the smooth running of the project. A good atmosphere reigns in the company and all the staff has been very cooperative and attentive to my questions. For me it would have been necessary to review the signage to better indicate the place of the disco party, the young people did not necessarily pay attention to the panels, because there were few. This experience was enriching and complete for me. I appreciated realized this professional project, it was a good experience for me, there were good returns.
