summary
Three years after the match against the world champion who made it known to the public, Adonis Creed made a name under the mentorship of Rocky Balboa. The young boxer becomes world champion in the category "heavyweight", recovering the title to "Stuntman" Wheeler. Adonis is on a cloud and lives serenely with his girlfriend singer, Bianca. But everything darkens in Philadelphia when Ivan Drago, the Russian boxer who killed his father Apollo about 30 years ago, arrives on American soil with his son Viktor, to challenge Adonis.
Not following Rocky's advice, Adonis takes up the challenge without being supported by his mentor. He pays the high price in a punitive game he wins only by disqualification. Now hurt and demoralized, Adonis is struggling to get back to boxing, leaving his mind wandering and his title in jeopardy. His family and Rocky must find a way to revive Adonis' fighting spirit to face the future no matter what.
