    the general subject of this art work is about civil rights in America and it shows significant people from the civil rights movement
    2. I see mlk, Obama, and Rosa parks. They’re all together because they all did important things for the civil rights movement.
    3. Like the other two people in the picture Obama’s victory is also important because he was the first African American president and it’s considered an important victory for African American rights just like the others.
    4. In the past, the colors Black and red have been symbols of the civil rights movement
    5. It could symbolize that there is still work to do regarding equality and the civil rights movement despite many recent victories.
