"Le 19 mars 2002, aux alentours de 16 heures, Ellen et Aria sont rentrées du shopping. Elles habitent au 2208 Cloverfield Ln, à Springfield, aux Etats-Unis. A leur retour, Aria monte dans sa chambre et Ellen part dans sa cuisine préparer un gâteau.
Depuis sa fenêtre, elle aperçoit trois individus masculins d’une vingtaine d’années qui squattent son jardin. Elle se rend dans son jardin pour leur demander de bien vouloir quitter sa propriété. Les 3 hommes étaient assis sur les chaises de jardin et étaient énervés. Au fur et à mesure qu’elle s’approche, elle se rend compte qu’ils sont en état d’alcoolémie très élevée. Elle remarque aussi les trois bouteilles de vodka pure. Ils ne veulent pas l’écouter et restent assis en continuant de boire et de s’engueuler entre eux. Ellen s’énerve et commence à crier en leur disant que s’ils ne quittent pas immédiatement son domicile, elle appellera la police. Un des 3 se lève d’un coup et lui dit d’un ton méprisant « n’appelez pas la police sinon vous allez le regretter ». Les deux autres sont saouls et sont blassés. Quand Ellen prend son téléphone, l’un d’entre eux se dirige vers le fond du jardin. Et il revient avec une pelle de jardinage. Les deux autres s’efforcent de le calmer en lui disant de reposer sa pelle et qu’ils allaient s’en aller".

“The 19th of March 2002, at about 4pm, Ellen and Aria came back from shopping. They live in the United-States in Springfield, at 2208 Cloverfield street. “( j’ai utilisé street, je sais pas ce que veut dire Ln :/ )” At their return, Aria gets in her room while Ellen goes in the kitchen and cook a cake.
From her her window, she sees three men who are in their twenties, ”(squatte ? Sérieux ?!... pas super pro :( ...) ” in her garden. Therefor, she tells them live the property. They were sitting on garden chairs and were mad. While she gets closer and closer to them, she starts to realize they are in a high state of blood alcohol. She also sees three pure vodk bottles. (mdr ça m’as tué) They donc want to listen to her and stay seated while drinking and get worked up each other. Ellen starts screaming and tell them to immediately live her property” (domicile n’existe pas en anglais, tu peux dire home mais c’est quand même moins beau...) “ or she’ll call the police. A man suddenly gets up and says in scornful tone to not call the police or she will regret it. The two others are hurt and drunk. When Ellen takes her phone, one of them heads up to the extremity of the garden. He comes back with a gardening shovel. The two others are trying to calm him down and are telling him to go”
