Victor is a lonely boy. he does not have any friends and he does not send aa letter to his home, not even to his sister/future wife : Elizabeth. he probably does not have a Facebook page.  

Victor's studies increase quickly. Soon, he has mastered everything possible to know in the whole world.

he becomes obsessed with the way some things happens or are alive. he wants to know how to make a no-living things into a living things.

Maybe, all of that, has something to do with the death of Victor's mother.

Victor studies anatomy to learn about how bodies live or die.

He wants to make a new race of creatures, and in his free time, he starts assembling pieces of dead body. No one mentions this, but it probably smells bad in his appartment.

Where does he find all of his bodues ? Maybe, he's in the cementary in the middle of night and he dug all of them or maybe he's paying someone to do it instead of him.
